Well I've done some research on that and currently I'm following this AA track as I level up:

448 STR, 448 STA, 448 INT (putting points into STA line first for the Buckler Reversal ability). This is apparently a pure dps build better for leveling up.

At higher levels, apparently the following is the "best" tanking build:
448 STR, 44882 STA, 43 INT

So for now I'm going with the first, and IF I make it to the higher levels and IF I raid, I may switch over to the second (assuming I don't find better advice in the meantime).

I haven't even looked closely at the DEX line yet. And everyone seems to be saying put your points in the Warrior stuff, not the Berserker specific stuff. So that's where I'm concentrating for now.

Glad you are enjoying it Kevin. I too play a Beserker and Id be curious to see how you go with the AA Advancement. So far I have respecced about 3 times. I went full Strength, then full Stamina, and now I am full Dex with overflow going into Strength line. As the MT in the groups I play in its been hard to figure out which has been the most beneficial for the group but from a healing perspective I think the dex line has been helping me a lot.

Yeah it's been really nice. Tonight the three of us did Crushbone (we picked up a random templar to join us which happened to be great). We finished one quest which took us most of the evening, but we explored and cleared out the entire first level of the place. I gained almost three levels just doing that heh. It was a lot of fun.

Yeah BB is amazing. I really had a pang of heartache I think when I saw Kaladim again, and saw that it had been overrun. That's where I first started in the EQ beta as a dwarf...so it's my MMO "home" of sorts. Anyhow...good quests out there to do...we've just done a handful at this point.

Glad to hear that you are enjoying it as well. Sounds like we're both glad we made the decision to come back. I'll look forward to reading all your adventures as well. I definitely plan to play this for the next few months for sure.

I started a Gnome Conjuror on Antonia Bayle (my old server) and have been playing so incredibly casually that I actually spent 3 hours today running around the world doing nothing but seeing things. I've NEVER done that before. I'm level 15 now on my little Gnome and I've been progressing through the Kelethin quests as well. Hoping that the transition is near seamless to Butcherblock and from there I'm pretty much lost. Maybe I'll follow your footsteps as you blog heh.

Isn't the world beautiful? Gosh I'm just so drawn in to Kelethin and the fantasy. It's a real "experience" which many games lack. Hoping to see this last me well into 2008. :)
